The Medshield Movement Kids Yoga Series is hosted by, Cami Barausse from Yogi Bears ZA, a certified yoga teacher who has been practising yoga for over 10 years. Our new series incorporates play-based movements and learning the basics of yoga postures and breathing techniques, in an engaging storytelling format that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own homes.
